most wear on seat bolsters is done by people getting in and slidingin or past the bolsters, made worse by many jean studs , buttons or buckles, i cut anything off, my wife gets grumpy when i inspect her clothes before we go out, sad i know , or why trash something lovely for a bit of care, the leather seats in her tigra are trashed , bolster scuffed through and inner sill scratched to death from allowing dog to jump in and out and runningaround the interior, she says car is just a car, when i get in the m i put my right hand on the bolster to guard it so my body doesnt touch it when i get in at all, makes perfect sense to me to protect yr asset.
