Ready for the winds?

Sky News just advised not to go outside if you don't have to. Will phone the boss in the morning ... :roll:
 
I have just gone outside, even though I didn't have to. It's dark :|
 
Not gone outside because it's wet and windy and there is no fridge full of wine outside.
 
Just left the house to walk the dogs. No zombies, didn't end up in Oz ... And didn't get arrested. Oh, and there's bugger all wind here also.

I asked the Wife it it was going to be Blowy tonight ?

We've a coal fire in the front room so todays task was to sweep the chimney before the wind does it for me (in the wrong direction)

I got back fine thanks :thumbsup:

It is however now very wet. And still dark. Going to bed now, the storm is not due here in all it's vengeful fury until about 5am. I shall provide an update at that time, if it even wakes me up... Probably won't be an outdoors broadcast though.
 
5am here and bugger all wind. Some rain, more a shower than torrential downpour. Best get off to work then :roll:

Not so windy in derby but very wet... My folks said its pretty blistery down south, my brother lives in plymouth no doubt much worse there... But then he is so messy the gales may tidy his house up a little!

We have rain......vertical rain.

Good luck to our southern zedders today. My Flights are "Still going ahead but may be subject to delays"
So basically there's f**k all chance of me catching all three flights and getting where I'm meant to be.
This either means a day's less work, or a day less to do the same work.
I bet you can guess which.
