Reading Lamp Panel Removal

Any tips on how to remove the reading lamp panel? I want to tap into one of the connectors for a radar detector. I’m guessing it just snaps in place, but I don’t want to break it. I doubt that would be considered a warranty issue.

I think it’s just clips and I know there is a connection for the bmw dash can there so you should get an easy power feed there.
