Read my story Need advice please help

So here is the storry. I owen a 2006 M roadster with 41000 km I bought the car brand new nearly 4 years ago for the past two years I have been complaining to bmw that there is somthing wrong with the car they always tell me oh there is no engine light and there is no codes showing in there system.
The car felt like its lacking power, when it was working right it felt like it has 330hp and when it was runing bad it felt like the car has 230hp that is a big differince in performance I know this its becasue Ialso have a 2003 m3 with 95000km and no issues with that car.
To make the long story short one day after geting extremly up set at the tech at BMW dealer I see a another Z4 m owner at the dealer and I ask the tech to go compare my car to the other Z4 m that just came in for service.
10 minutes goes by the tech comes back and goes to me yeah it fells like your car is lacking power at around 3500 rpm.
So I go really I have been teling you guys this for the past two years, he tells me to leave the car with him.
the next day he calls me looks like your vanos is not working, oh yeah at he same time we notice that your diff is making noise also so wehen we were checking the diff the tech noticed that the drive shaft is making noise also upon removal of the shaft he found out its siezed.
I say Ok lets go and get the car fixed.
He goes I have bad news both the drive shaft and the vanos are back orderd.
I ask how long will it take He goes not sure.
So 5 weeks goes by finally I get my car last week they tell me because the drive shaft was seized they did me a favor and also
replaced the cluch because they think it may have gon threw stress when the shaft was seized.
I say ok no problem.
I picked up the car and right away I noticed the differince in power how ever I noticed that the cluch pedal is not as firm as the old one and also here is the big issue with the car when going over bumps the car fells like its boucing all over the place.
The BMW dealer tells me they did an aligment already and everything is fine, I don't no what to do my warranty is runing out at end of July.
Sorry for the long story ladys and gents but any help would be great in this matter.

First off, it's good that you got the seized drive shaft issue solved. Kudos on your persistence. The dealers are not perfect and do not always see everything that's wrong so good job in making them do it right. I had a similar experience with a dealer who for months told me my car was fine. It turned out I had seized wheel bearings. I do not use that dealer for anything anymore.

My first move would be to find a different dealer. If there isn't one available, find a nice independent mechanic to try to diagnose the problem. Your description of the problem sounds like the jittery ride that is common for a Z4M, or possibly your suspension is damaged. If it is very different than before, you may have a problem, or they fixed the problem and now it's the way it should be.

When you get your car fixed properly, you should definitely write a note to the General Manager and BMW of North America. Let them know your disappointment with the dealership. If you haven't spoken with the service manager already, you should. Tell them why you will not return and they may try to win back your business.

The good news is that the serious issues are now fixed. The cluth pedal difference may simply be that your clutch is now working properly. As for the warranty - it seems like a good option to renew it. Agree with the comments by rabman5.
