What's the difference between the re050 and re050a runflats? I need 2 new tyres and the non 'a' are £30 cheaper for the pair.

The tread patterns. Check Bridgestone's website for details. But I would not mix a pair of RE050A with pair of RE050.

at the price they are gonna cost, go for a full set of non rft's, just changed and cant believe the difference, it drives as smooth as silk now.

One word difference then? lol

Interesting then, think i'll just go for the RE050A's then. I dont mind the RFT's and while the cars under warranty i dont want to annoy them or my insurance.
