re-trimming

Been in touch with a company in Stowmarket called Duncan Henderson who specialise in leather re-trimming. Has anyone used this company before. They've quoted £870 including vat for re covering the seats and door cards in any colour leather even two tone or different colour stitching etc

That's what I thought ....they do all the BMW colours so might go into the showroom and take a look....also a working day turnaround!!. They did say they do mobile but I'm outside of their area

Can't fault their customer service. The leather swatches arrived today after talking to them yesterday!!. Oooh the choice is overwhelming but dark red looks lovely and also a colour called Dakota Rotbraun which as the name suggests is a lovely browny red....or should I be a bit less conservative?

I was directed to trim tecknik in Liverpool by Ant@ AP Automotive. He said when he was working in the dealers that's who did they're trimming. Apparantly excellent quality.

Dark red would look superb with sterling grey

It's so hard to judge the right red....I don't want the bright ferrari red but a deep blood red. The swatch they sent for the dark red looks a little pink :|

Doh!! Where did I get the name Henderson from...it was Duncan Smith Automotive

Did you go ahead with it in the end, sounded a good price! How does it work, do you take the items off and take them to Henderson or do they dismantle and ulholster then put back? Did you do the dash trim as well?
