Re dead battery

Posted this already in the wrong section. (sorry).Battery has just died on my 2003 z4 2.5 auto. What is it with batteries today. Has anyone replaced one recently. Any recommendations. I think the one in it is the original. Photo attached.

I'm supposed to be driving her to Monaco for the Grand prix in a few weeks. I have to do the rocker cover gasket as well as get a new battery. Plus my DISA needs doing.Thinking of ordering DISA repair kit from GAS in the USA. Are they available anywhere closer to home. Guess she just does not want to go.

Any help, suggestions appreciated.

Thank you for the helpful comments. As for the sarcastic one. I was not particularly referring to this battery, if it is the original. I'm sure there must be other people out there that know what I am talking about. Batteries used to go for years without problem, now you seem to be lucky if you get 2 yrs out of one.
