Rattling noise coming from the engine bay

Evening gents, linked is a video of my engine running with a weird rattling noise. It comes and goes but usually after the engines warm after a drive. I’ve just been out for an hour no issues from the performance of the engine just this noise. Any guess what might it be? It’s a 2003 2.5i, cheers.

First check for me would be whip the disa out

After that I’d check the idlers and belts
