Rattle from Rain Sensor

Hi Everyone

This is my first post ... so be gentle!

I've got a rattle coming from the rain sensor behind the rear view mirror.

If I squeeze the sides of the housing it stops ... anyone know how to remove the housing so that I can find the offending item?

Sorry to bump and old topic, but I've just found that my annoying rattle is also coming from the plastic around the rear view mirror.

Is the surround held on with clips, or should it be bonded somehow? :? It seems to be coming away from the inside of the windscreen slightly, and rattles over bumps. :x

It's 2 parts that just clip together down the center. You can pop them apart quite easily with a rule or something like a blunt knife. There is no bonding used to hold it in place.
