I often wonder being a younger looking female what people think of me in my car, most people driving sports cars are generally old men in my experience, or rich Arabs. I often wonder if people think I actually bought my car. I reckon they think I'm the wife/girlfriend of the owner. What do you think? Oh and I do like cooking and baking cakes too as well as hanging about on a forum

In my years between Zs, at a time when I was undecided between coupe and roadster, I remember seeing a young lady driving a black coupe along Shooters Hill Road in London. My thoughts were 'nice car... Wow, she's hot... And she has great taste'. And then she was gone

I just assumed it was hers. Wasn't an ///M though - if it was I'd probably have gotten arrested for stalking later in the day

Woots - IIRC correctly Ruby is attached... If I am wrong, good luck. At least you car will keep up with hers now

yeahh tbh they prob will assume its not your car, ive had a few "oh daddys car" as ive gone along in the Blueflash, nothing as of yet in the ///M, generally dont really care though seeing as i'm probably in the better situation than they are :|

I always get the 'its ok when daddy bought it' story pisses me off no end

The odd thing is that I get checked out way more in my 2004 Polo. But more smiling from workmen in the Zed. Very odd. I think I had a bit of an early mid life crisis and wanted to do something mad and went on the hunt for a nice car as I spend a fair bit of time driving. After a few test drives it was between the Zed and Elise but the ///M won for so many reasons. I was quite surprised I did it all on my own. Was quite a little project for a while. OK had a male friend with an ///M join me to make the final decision but day of collection I went down to South coast on my own to pick her up and felt very liberated to say the least driving off. The dealer wanted me to text him when I'd got to my destination as he was worried about me! Oh and if I was attached would not be spending so much time on the net...
