The roadster looks great in white, the coupe looks awful

A black roof and slightly tinted windows would probably sort it.

Whaaa??

That looks fantastic. Amazing the difference them wheels make.
Looks much better with those wheels and the windows look much darker on yours, which as I thought, improves it a lot

203s :)

had them on my z4 - lovely and rare...

so you've a rare colour with rare wheels ;)

20k for the linked car though :o

they probably don't expect to get 20k but they'll be happy taking say 18K. If its the 1 that was up for 15K then they've mad easy money when it sells

If it was up for 15k they will only have paid 13.5- 14k for a quick grab. 20k is cheeky but I suspect they will make a sizeable profit on it.

Just to add I think the Coupe looks rather cool in White 8) and I had a dam good laugh at the turn coats earlier in the thread.

Hoping the figures posted earlier in the thread are wrong, i though the coupe was a bit more rare

Sytner Leicester is around the corner from me, they tend to have alot of high priced older cars but they must be selling.
They also have a 1999 Z3 2.0, 45.5k miles up for £8000

Are they pi55ed? £20k for a 10yr old car? If you want a white coupe that much just buy one in any other colour for a reasonable price say £10k then even with the highest end re-spray and a new set of wheels and tyres you'll still be £5k to £6k better off.

I was waiting for you to point out the niceness of whiteness !
I agree, white is good

If you're talking about me I still think the one in the OP looks pretty awful, maybe it's because they've pictured a white car on a white background?

All 3 guys who've posted pics have tinted windows and one has a black roof, which as I originally said, make it look much meaner and absolutely miles better

Still not as pretty as the roadster though :fuelfire:

I somewhat agree. If the OP Car only had one of the issues, then it would be fine, in my opinion. For me, tinted windows are a must. My part of the US gets terribly hot. No tint, and you will quickly boil, even with the AC on. I also do not like the wheels. Something seems sort of off about the bolts.

This is the same car as advertised privately last week on AT at around £14.5K. The original ad photographs showed off the white colour and bodywork far better than the current ad.

not a great fan of white coupes to be honest, i did think id love it, but no, im not a fan, rarity aside, its a nice clean example, and im glad to see the price is strong, hopefully they will only go up, not down
