silver is rare because its just a boring shite colour. lol! I'm sure their was about 60 silver ones....

it does however suit the design of the z4, its still boring a f**k tho, especially for an ///M car!....

Nothing shows off the lines and contours like silver though! Especially for the combination of curve, line and hard edges like we have in the e85/6.

i agree its very rare, but its rare for a reason, this is a very popular colour in general for bmw so the fact theirs only 50 of them says alot....

Where is the colour sticker located? Just looked under the bonnet on mine and I can't spot it.

It's ok....I double checked mine with a VIN Decoder. It's actually what I thought it was AO8 Silbergrau Metallic. The colour as used on CSLs.

For a bit I thought I might have the one and only ZMR in Space Grey....

So, I’ll be getting the car back from the paint shop on Monday after having various bits redone. Just a few parking scrapes, dinks and stonechips repainted. It’s looking like a brand new car again! I’ll get some photos of it in the sun next week.

In the meantime, here is a sneak peak of it at the paint shop!
