So out and about last weekend I spied this beauty.

In all honesty I'd seen it on the TV advert but didn't realise it was a genuine prototype. Seems it never went into production as it was considered too advanced.

This was on loan from Audi.

(sorry - people would not get away to allow a clear shot of it )

Yes - replica, but made by Audi as far as i can tell and used in the advert? Looked up the reg and it's Audi's car and was cited as 'on loan from Audi'.

I know it's ugly from some angles, but consider those amazing lines 90 years ago..
