I tweeted ECP last week to see if they had any offers on lowering springs.

Seems the tweet as got the attention of a BMW specialist on a mission to ruin ECP reputation.

Part of me thinks "thanks the heads up" (if true), part thinks he's had a bad experience. However it does strike me as a bit unprofessional.

ECP have gone downhill in my eyes recently (been buying from them on/off for 6 years).

Prices no longer competitive and everything is marked up @ RRP with "discount" "special price" "trade price" being used too loosely.
 
I can't personally utter a bad word about them.

Probably someone with one bad experience blowing it out of proportion, I mean looking at his tweets, there is considerable bashing against ECP.
 
Maybe he worked for them and they parted company on bad terms? Autotech performance, where the avatar is a push bike. Hmm...
 
Yes I think he has done quite a few coding jobs for people on here.

Suppose it's a sign of the times but why send a tweet instead of email or phone?
 
Just to be clear, when I got the first tweet I had no previous contact with the guy.

Just seemed random he would go off on one about ECP.
