Okay so no specific ICE section and searches haven't yielded any fruitful results. So here goes!
The car is a pre-facelift '03 with Sat Nav. I've seen various posts about the volume increase at speed, and although that is an issue I've seen a few posts which will hopefully resolve the annoying volume increase at speed (okay it's not that annoying but the increase setting in my Zed is too much and becomes uncomfortable). See here for post to reduce volume increase at speed (don't think its possible to completely deactivate).
So my issue is slightly different, the volume will have an increase 'blip' randomly during a drive. This will be an annoying increase for a few seconds (maybe around 5 seconds) and then reverts back down to what it was originally. I haven't been able to attribute it to anything and think maybe its something related to the Sat Nav? Or some other extra function which warrants a increase in volume? Sometimes happens multiple times on a trip, sometimes not at all... Anyone?
