Radio skipping?!

I've noticed on some stations (and only in the Z4) that it's like the stations are skipping. Same as a CD skip but not often. About once every 8 - 12 seconds. It's not a major things, but some days I notice it more than others.

I have noticed some fading in and out but no skipping. I have accepted the occasional fading as a feature of the very short radio antenna I have.

same here, occasional fading..rarely, but no skipping - I've got the regular stock antenna but live kind of out in the boonies :lol: . However, my c/d player doesn't play MP3 burned c/d's - it's a real PITA!

What is "radio"? Strictly use an MP3 player or CD

Does it only happen with the radio or does it happen with the cd as well? Does it happen whether you are moving or setting still? When we first got our car the amp was going weard things, like you say. Just a thought. We had the issue with the radio, cd, and aux input.
