It does, but iirc should ideally be straight.

So essentially the stubby just makes an already not brilliant aerial just a little bit worse. Not that it really matters for radio one etc
Radio 4 and 2 are my usual choice. Only stopped listening to Radio 1 about 4 years ago.... When I (obviously) stopped recognising the meaning of cool...exdos said:Woots, Radio 4 is an "age" thing. One day you'll wake up and never want to listen to the likes of Radio One ever again.
You should also try to listen to the "Count Arthur Strong Radio Show" on R4 whenever that's on.![]()
There is an FM antennae in the bumper, but the rod aerial also serves for FM reception. Electronics in the boot switch between the two sources depending on which is currently delivering the strongest signal. So if you have a poorly performing stubby, the bumper antennae probably does become your "main" antennae.markeg said:Thought the main fm antennae was behind the rear bumper ?
