Have a BMW E85 2006 with origin buisness radio and cd. Even when I take keys out of the car can I turn on the radio. The radio cd and amplifier has always power. My question is: is it any relay that turn on this power. Can it be that my key start has a failure. I will be gratful for any suggestion for finding this error.

Hello, the radio is able to function for approximately 20 minutes after the key has been removed.
After that it should switch off to protect the battery.
When you turn the ignition off, the radio should switch off, but then if you press the On button again it will work for those 20 minutes.
if this is what yours does, then it is working as advertised.

Yes, in the beginning I was hoping for something like that, but when I try after 24 houras it is still on, also after a week. But thank you anyway I am very grateful for your help

No problem, however, I believe I'm right in saying that after 20 minutes it shuts down, but then pressing the On button gives you another 20 minutes. It just has to be a conscious action so you are aware you may be draining the battery.
All I can suggest is that you turn off the ignition, switch the radio back on and then sit in the car for 20 minutes to see if it turns itself off ok.

I will go out and try now. But Ihave not used the car for several day and then try to start radio without putting key to ignition and then my radio start

Right, wife's car hasn't moved since last Friday. Went out to it, unlocked, left the key in my pocket, pressed the radio button and it came on.
Don't think you have an issue, but give it the 20 minute check if you're still not sure.

Okay, hope your right. Mycar has stayed in the garage since sunday. I went out now. leaving the key inside house. pushed on botton and radio amplifier and cd was engaged. But it is strange if it is supposed to be like this, guess the battery hasa har time :)

Not really, as after 20 minutes it'll turn off again.
