Radio MW, LW, SW not working.

Help!
I've just bought my first 2009 BMW Z4 sdrive35i and I love it.
I've just found a problem with the radio. FM works perfectly. However there is just a hissing sound on MW, LW and SW and it's not picking up any stations. No resolve trying to input stations manually.
Any help or suggestions would be well received

Sounds like the aerial is not connected, not sure about the E89 but the E85 has 2 aerials. One sits behind the rear bumper.
