Radio, guage cluster and navigation were working not anymore

Welcome to the forum.
You need to get a code reader on it first.
Saw one recently with similar issues that turned out to be a K-Bus fault, caused by water in the centre airbag module plug.

Thanks for the welcome and info enuff_zed... will get it scanned and see where we are after...would like to check that air bag coupling...just have to locate it.

It sits under the rear of the centre console, right below the small coin holder.
Don't immediately assume it is that though.
The K-Bus runs round many components and if one is duff then it can cause issues with all the others on the same circuit.
I mentioned that as it is one of the things you'd need to look at.

A code reader will tell you exactly what the faults are and if you start to see a lot of modules that won't communicate it is a fairly good clue.
Then you just have to find the dodgy one.

Thank you again!... I'm on the hunt... have a friend with a bmw scanner , on his way over... will let you know how it all goes...🙏

Bonus!
Can’t take all the credit tbh. Just happened to have seen exactly the same issue only last week.
Glad it’s sorted though. :D
