Radio business with multifunction only?

Hello everyone!!!
Can anyone enlighten me if a multifunction retrofit will work with my standard BMW CD and not the business one?
Please help me on this!

i am now confused, i thought i had a standard radio/cd, thought mine was the business one
 
Not sure I understand the question, but if it helps, I have the Business CD player and multifunction...

Perhaps i wasnt precise enough: my car is equipped with the radio basic cd (the one that has only one screen). In its front i can read : BMW CD. The car was not originally equipped with a multifunction steering wheel so now i want to perform a retrofit but wanted to know if this will work with the radio cd that i already have or i will have to find a business cd as well.
