Hi all it's been a while since I've been posting here - have been sidetracked with a lot of other stuff the past few months
I recently became aware that the Zed is due for a coolant change so I've been investigating what is required, starting with the TIS instructions and then some online research. Other than the obvious consumable - the antifreeze - the TIS mentions two other things that need replacing, as per the following excerpt:

So the sealing ring on the engine block drain plug is easy: part number 07119963200 (Item 5 here). But I cannot find any part number reference to sealing rings on either of the drain plugs on the radiator or expansion tank. Expansion tank diagram - plug is item 2. Radiator diagram - plug is item 4.
Now according to pictures (http://www.ecstuning.com/Search/17111707818/ES37711/) the drain plugs do have an o-ring on the end, so it is arguable that this is what needs replacing, however I would have expected any such consumables to be listed on the parts diagrams (like the engine block plug seal).
I think I might just order replacement plugs (which come complete with the o-ring) in order to minimise any potential for problems but it would be nice to know what is supposed to be done here. Can anybody shed some light on this?
Thanks!
