I replaced the radiator and expansion tank a few months ago, I noticed that i now have a slight leak on the bottom hose off the rad. Having seen the post of replacing the bottom hose I thought i would share the quick and cheep way of fixing the problem.
Problem: O-ring worn on end connect to engine
Fix:
1.remove radiator cover
2. remove fan
3. disconnect hose to engine
4. disconnect hose to radiator
5. remove o-ring from inside plastic end of pipe (used knife to prise it out.)
6. ordered new o-ring from off ebay 38 x 4m pack of 3. cost couple of pounds

7. fit new o-rings both ends
8. apply some grease to help the o-rings slide on.
9. reverse fit everything.
10. fill coolant up
