Hey guys,

I'm planning on purchasing a z4 m coupe in the near future, however...I'm 6'5, 210lbs, and while yes i have tried and can fit pretty comfortably in the coupe, I think with aftermarket racing seats it would fit perfectly,

Its a pretty comfy fit with the standard seats however since im tall, im sitting pretty upright and so my vision of something that would be near the top of the windshield is, well a little cut off, but who rlly needs to see whats above me neway..unless im right infront of a set of lights or something but im sure i'd see those no problem....neways,

Have any of you Coupe owners installed aftermarket racing seats? Did they provide you with a tad bit more room? Are there even any available that would fit this car? Is there anybody else whos fairly tall and owns a Coupe???

I've owned a Z3 M Coupe and fit with the standard seats no problem, the Z4 MC however, while it does give my knees much more room, it doesnt give me the same vision :P

Thanks a bunch guys!

P.S love some of the coupes i've seen on the site!, hope i can post pics of mine soon if all works out!

Welcome!

You know, you really should post some photos before all the "This thread is worthless without pics" people arrive...

Now for your question, if i remember correctly there's at least two members on here which have installed aftermarket seats. sixspeed http://www.z4-forum.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=9&t=1431 and FemmeT http://www.z4-forum.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=6&t=643&p=27494 (long thread that but worth the read)

Good luck with yours and remember those pictures!

Buy in the US - You'll use 3-4 days of your time, but you'll save 5-7K.
