You know some forums actually have a system where posting in the equivalent forum of "The Lounge" doesn't actually contribute to one's post count.

In this way only those who actually consistently contribute to the forum in a constructive way in the various technical or specialist fora, rather than those who seem to just say "+1", "GLWTS" or " " twenty times a day, are allowed to bear the "Badge of Honour" that a high post count is associated with.
