Well today saw me take a visit down to this customers house. This customer was the lucky winner of a free detail after a competition on our Facebook page and was booked in for a single stage polish. on first inspection this car has been kept at a very good standard and for 10 years old she was looking really well. However there was obviously areas that due to the cars age had to be approached with safety in mind.
So the vehicle was rinsed with the hose pipe and washed using the 2 bucket method. After this process the whole car was clayed and some rather heavy contaminants were removed. wheels where treated to tardis and some purple rain before being cleaned using several brushes. once the car had been clayed and wheels treated it was then dried and onto the polishing stages. polish was done using 3M polishes and pads. as this was a single stage polish a full correction was not achieved but clarity and depth where brought back into the look and feel of the car. Once the polishing stage was complete the car was washed for a second time before being dried and prepared ready for the waxing stage. Before waxing was completed all plastic trims where treated.
The wax for today's job was Dodo Juice Blue Velvet!
Once the wax was taken off some pictures where taken and i was lucky enough to have been passed the keys! all i can say is wow! 308bhp in a car like this is nothing short of insane!
