He wrote more songs that were covered (and stolen) then anyone still alive. I love the first video: it was the era just when bell bottoms were coming into fashion and terrifically short pants were still being worn. Yuck.
Listening to his music was a lot like Dixieland music to me. It was hard to keep from tapping my foot. It made me happy. I for one appreciated his talent. I play a little guitar and compared to me, he is a virtuoso. RIP brother, RIP.
