Quicker??

A friend of mine has just got a 350Z, he even let me have a quick go on Sat night lol.

Now the sound and the speed was amazing and left me wondering which would be quicker?? i know the 350Z has more power but it also has more weight! figures also show the same 0-60 time as well!

It all depends which year you are talking about because the 350Z had several power upgrades over its lifetime (as did the Zed when it was face lifted).

I've got an old Evo article between the 3.0si coupe and a 350z. The Nissan was about a second quicker to 100mph (mid 13's versus mid 14's for the Zed) but it was much closer in the gears because the 3.0si is quite a torquey little devil!
