wanting a second set of wheels for track work i hit upon the idea of buying four 18" rear wheels to use on the ZM.
bare with me here.....
people often used rears on the fronts of e46 M3's (especially the csl) & they fit ok-has anyone tried this on the Z?
the reason for 18" wheels being that you can still buy some quite reasonably priced track rubber in those sizes, with the added bonus of being able to swap your fronts & rears to keep wear & heat cycles the same.
so would they fit? four 18" wheels with 265 section rubber front & rear?
