Quick question, wheel centre caps

I sinned and bought some cheap(ish) aftermarket carbon effect wheel centre caps off ebay, they only have 5 clips and although they fit OK, the damn things spin in place. My OCD requires that they fookin stay put and remain aligned perpendicular to the M badge!
Asides from going all out and gluing them in place, which I'd want to avoid, any tips on making them grip better to prevent spinning?

I bought multiple cheap ebay ones till i just gave up and bought some proper ones wish id just done that in the first place would of saved me some money...

jesus i must've got lucky, i bought carbon look ebay efforts and had to fairly force them in

Same here with the "E.Bay specials". I wasn't bothered about carbon fibre look badges for the wheels though so after a couple of crappy purchases I resorted to painting (dyeing) and lacquering the originals. At least they fit properly and stay in place.

Ebay caps do vary, don't buy the ones with 5 or 6 tabs on the back, buy only those with 10 lugs and they usually fit OK.

Lined up perfectly with an upside down M badge :(
