Only had her a few months, but was "Forced" to put eibachs on after the rear oem spring snapped.

I was a bit worried about how low it would be as i didnt want it to be noticeable, but im very happy with the result :)

Best tip to anyone about to fit a set, make sure when removing the front dampener you undo the big 18mm bolt all the way and take it out (not matter how stiff it is), otherwise the dampener will not come out as there is a pin that hits on the bolt.

Eibachs give the ride height that the zed always should have had IMO... looking good!

Good move lowering your ZED, car looks great!

Too many people on here questioning this MOD, lowering a car is essential! wheel arch gap is outrageous, more so on these cars....

The only down side to lowering the car I've experienced is having to slow right down for speed bumps otherwise I bottom out, i'm all
for taking my time and letting everyone else take in her good looks however!

Looks great. Like Bing and his Eibachs, I've had a set of H&R springs sitting in my garage but I've not had time to fit them. Yours looks sweet despite the roof so must resolve to get mine done.

Hey guys, cheers for the comments,

They cost £154 inc p&p from FK in germany, rather then the 207 everywhere in the uk charges.

As for the ride, i wouldn't say it was anymore uncomfortable, definitely handles better in the corners, (but then again i was driving round on snapped suspension unknowingly)

Unfortunately i didn't really take any measurements, but the front as dropped by the width of two fingers, and back slightly less :P (I had the sport suspension on before hand)

And at the risk of being controversial here, there was never any doubt about getting the roofed version :P, its such a stunning fastback shape, nicest looking modern car out there atm IMO.

and i hate to say it i feel taking the roof away spoils that a little bit, but as i say thats just my opinion :)

Spot on  Did my coupe with Eibachs 2 years ago and consider it a must do mod, even if you don't have a broken spring. I would say that the ride quality was slightly improved and the improvement in handling was noticeable. IIRC, my drop was maybe slightly less, subtle but noticeable if you looked close.

And yes, for me the coupe was the only choice.
