Quick hoon with FIRST ever pic of top down black wheels lol

Red roof down looks great... You need imola red seats now as your dream red are much brighter... Still not a fan of the black wheels, sorry!

Jonny,

Just a thought - have you considered a small red highlight somewhere on your wheels to tie in the roof and seat colour?

Think the finish on your black wheels works as it is to the high standard of all your other work - looks very effective with the roof down.

:driving:

Looking good, as always, JE although I also preferred your wheels before, I'm afraid.

Hmm, that is not a bad idea. Actually, in the spirit of getting carried away and never buying an M :D, how about a BBK with nice big silver discs and red calipers? Might restore some balance to the colour scheme.

Looks great, haven't had my top down with my new wheels yet, waiting for someone I can trust to lift the hardtop off without scratching anything!

I'd hold out for some sports ones, you won't regret it
This. Paying all that for std seats is a waste.

Dont get standard seats redone, just wait for some sport seats fot crying out loud
Can't help but agree with the above comments

I can appreciate that you're impatient to get your seats recovered but you'll probably find that it'll cost you much more in the longer term - you've always said that you want sports seats which implies that you're never going to be satisfied with your current seats so you'll have to pay again to get the sports seats recovered.

On top of this, while you might be able to sell your current seats while they are still OEM spec, you might experience difficulties once they are recovered as the number of people who want standard seats is limited and you're going to limit the market further by taking them away from the OEM look with diamond stitching and a non-standard colour.
