Hi

Before I buy is there a difference between sports and non sport rear anti roll bar drop links? Looking on euro car parts etc it only gives me one option and doesn't mention sport suspension.

No difference on drop links as far as i'm aware, i believe the different bar thickness only affects the 'D' shaped ARB bushes.

Realoem parts catalogue link shows same part across multiple platforms so i'd say it's a one size for all

You need to put a trolley jack under the bottom ball joint and jack it slightly to remove the pressure from the drop link. Then they just unbolt. Common for the nut to come part way off and then get tight on the rusted exposed thread (in which case the whole thing just spins). Sometimes there is a flat you can get to on the back to stop it, otherwise just angle grind the exposed part of the thread off before you start. Come off dead easy then.

Get the Meyle HD ones as the replacements. The cheap Chinese ones don’t last 2 minutes.

My issue is getting the bottom rubber bush off the Anti Roll Bar it just won't budge and if I did get it off pushing the new one will be a challenge. I ordered the lemforder drop links in the end as I think that will be fine for my needs and annual mileage.

Angle grinder & brute force

Lots of WD40 & a clamp / lever bar... new ones go on easy

+1 for eBay Meyle DL’s

Finally did it with some help in the rain today and it was not an easy job. To get old one off we undid the bracket and got the and the demel out to cut away at the rubber bush etc. New one not exactly easy to get on but using a wood clamp and a jack to line things up etc got the job done. Took a few hours so saved a few quid on labour.
