Hi All,
Just a quick hello from me. I am the new owner of a sterling grey 2003 2.5i. Thanks to all on the forum, my search for a car was helped massively by the research I had done on this site beforehand.
I have a 5 series as the daily but have been hankering after a weekend car to tuck away in the garage and also something to get my hands dirty with! It's been a long time since I have owned a car that I don't just simply take to the delear to fix and I am looking forward to it.
Have a few plans in terms of bringing it up to standard but unlike my usual car buying criteria, I have gone for a car with small wheels (ride quality) and low spec (hopefully less things to wrong) but will be replacing the runflats (bridgestones are just awful) giving the paint a decent going over and probably going for a suspension refresh once I am ready.
This place is an amazing encyclopedia of Z4 knowledge and I hope I can contribute in some way over the coming months and hopefully years.
Cheers,
Gav
