So the sun was out this afternoon and it seemed like a good opportunity to give the coupe a quick clean. The phoenix yellow is hard to see the true results in the pictures but should give a rough idea....
So i started off giving it a quick wash with Autoglym Shampoo and after drying it decided to give it a clay with Meguiars Clay which took about 2 hours - i was up against the clock as it had forecasted rain. I managed to do the claying relatively quick but could have spent much longer if i had the time...Then after a second Autoglym Shampoo i applied a good coat of Autoglym polish followed by Meguiars Quick Wax.
All in all it took 3.5 hours to do but i was up against the clock. I had just finished putting the products away and then it started to rain followed shortly after by a proper storm.
Like i said above its hard to see the true results from the pictures but the paint work is very smooth now. I noticed a couple of slight scratches that i need to work on a little bit more but nothing major...
Now with the Stubby fitted too.
