Quick anti roll bar bush question

I'm going to replace the ARB bushes on my zed, I've looked at euro car parts and gfs and both only list rear ARB bushes.

Are these the right ones for the front , are from and rear the same ?

Or go powerflex for poly bushes http://www.powerflex.co.uk/road-series/products/Z4+%28E85+%26+E86%29-1203/1.html

Front and rear are different, and for both front and rear there are also different sizes depending on what suspension you have.

Ok thanks , wonder why those sites only have rear ones listed.
I'm keeping clear of poly bushes as I think the z4 is stuff enough as it is ,
And I've read quite a lot of people say they squeak

They don't squeak and they are much better for wear. I would re place with poly personally...... you wont feel much difference on ARB's
Go to 'real OEM' web site and get the correct bush dimensions for you model.

I'd go poly too, but I'd be lying if I said they are as soft as stock ones.... (stock arb rubber has more in common with chewing gum...)

Every poly bushing that is stiffer than stock adds a tiny bit of extra nvh. 1 or 2 are hardly noticeable but if you fully polybush your car, it adds up....(but that takes over 25 bushings).

On the other hand..... still no squeaks coming from my suspension (fully polybushed), so it doesnt have to be that way.
I guess it's up to the skills of the mechanic who fits them
