If I get my z fitted wiv spacers, do I need to get the wheels re-balanced and tracked.

No to the re-balance but I would get the tracking checked because of the state of uk roads not because of the spacers
As MattTurner says, no need when fitting spacers... However having an alignment done won't hurt anyway. The suspension geometry on these cars is quite particular, and any serious pot holes or kerbing in the past will have knocked something out of line. You'll get more life out your tyres and it'll more than likely handle a whole lot better
