Question about rim size and offset

I want to replace my original 17in 8J and 47mm offset turbine style rims for a lightweight rims 17in 8.5J and 41mm offset, is this ok? Is any clearance issue with this configuration? I don’t want to use any spacers. Thanks in advance

Your new wheel will have the following chracteristics:
The clearance from stut housing to the inside of the wheel will be THE SAME
The outside edge of the wheel will EXTEND an extra 12mm
