Wondered where it originally come from. Not a difficult retrofit I would say . Do you agree ?

Absolutely, you can see from my pictures where the new meets the old, cut there and weld.

Going through the pain of getting the quad system on my 2.5si at the moment, this a bargain for someone!!!!
thanks for posting the pictures 👌🏻

Just put a quad conversion on my 3.0 that I got off Zoomer. It sounds great but it’s not a patch on this one for quality. Wish this would of fit.
apart from modifying the exhaust at the back to fit into the twin 3ltr exhaust instead of the single 2ltr exhaust pipe, surly it would fit ?

It would fit but more fabrication work would be needed as there’s more silencer and join boxes on the 2.5 and 3.0 models. So the cost would out-way getting a new exhaust made, otherwise I’d of snapped this back up at that money!

Other than getting a bodyshop to create a new opening in the rear bumper of a 2.0L is there anything else involved other than fitting?

You would need to get a couple of mountings & some slight modification to the underside of the car to make them fit. Then you need to cut your existing exhaust just before the centre mounting slide pipes on & clamp up. These came on the car when I bought it I took it off & refitted a standard exhaust to sell car so not 100% on how long it would take you to fit. I do know you don’t need to move the battery box or anything major to fit it. Sounds fantastic when fitted. Good diy project for a Sunday.😉
