Quad Exhausts

What is the round about price on the Quad Exhaust mod. It looks so imbalanced at the back with 2 on one side. Not sure why they didn't put one on each side and 2 on each side with the M

Varies... Mine cost me £860... But others have got decent setups for half that.

Also need to factor in (on top) if you want an M bumper or just get the existing bumper cut.

I was thinking it might be near 1k but be interested what those others got I wouldn't need to wait for them as long

why bother? it only adds extra weight and they always (mostly) look odd, slightly off and not lined up. Loads of motors have just the single exit and look awesome... spend 1k on a serious single exit, straight through exhaust system instead! BOOM! #goingagainstthegrain

The answer depends on what you do and how you do it. If you pay someone, or do some work yourself.

Mine ended up using oem ///M back boxes and reduced weight by halving the battery box and light weight gel battery, created a true twin pipe system too.

Specialist co fabbed the pipes and I custom adapted the CF rear diffuser, battery box, floor, etc.

Simple T pipe and bumper cut out costs little.

Conversion underway with much fettling and alignment still to do, but gives some idea:

thats the way to do it... or buy an //M.

Mine was 500 euro, all-in, with bumper cut. But they are indeed not perfectly aligned.
Mind you: same goes for the original double M-exhaust. Usually either they look a little off when hot and straight when cold, or the other way around. Mine are probably more aligned when hot (should check)

Have you actually felt the weight between the (ubber heavy) OEM Muffler and some of the custom made / off the shelf mufflers?

I like that a LOT

All Zeds are equal but some Zeds are more equal than others.

Four pipes good two pipes bad!

And to think that at the time I thought English Lit would never be relevant to real life!
