Hi guys,
As I sit here in the mountsains in Spain on someone's unsecured network it's nice to see you speak well of my exhaust system....lol
I rarely comment on the project these days for the 'exhaust bore' label referenced above, but will give it a quick shot here.
If you wanted to replicate a set up like I have then I would suggest you are a reasonable engineer else get the cheque book out. Roughly speaking:
£500 relocate battery
£300-£400 new stainless pipework
Say £200 to £300 for a pair of backboxes and £50 decent tips (£900 ///M new but I won min eon ebay new for iirc £21

)
Allow £200 to rework the rear bumper and spray it in.
£50 for heat shield etc.
Perhaps £100 for race battery and reworked leads.
Rear diffuser that went for was the most expensive item at £370 ish, but really a separate project.
Realistically you be walking into a £1500 project to hand it over and collect back. I reckon excluding the diffuser I did it for <£500.
The place I used (forget the name right now in Walsall woudl have moved the battery for £500, pipework £300 and sort you own bumper but it still
Of course you can cut some of that out and mix and match diy and pro work, but it's no spuprise most opt for the T pipe across the rear bumper cover option.
As noted above I think technically this is the correct route to go, balances the system, sounds great anf I love the look it has given the zed.
However in response to op's post and for most converters I think I'd go with the T pipe setup given the circumstances.
