Puzzled......

Recently removed the rear bumper which included disconnecting the rear PDC sensors. After refitting the PDC doesn't work. When put into reverse it just does 1 continuous beep then goes off.
Is there some kind of reset that needs doing to make it work again????

Help greatly appreciated.

Sounds like you broke the loom or didn't reconnect it properly.
Single bleep is to warn the system isn't working.
No reset required.

Cheers jeepers. I was hoping for just a reset.
Guess some checking of wiring is required. Good job it's no too difficult to remove the bumper.
Oh well. Job for the weekend.

Pull the bumper off a little way and test it while you can reach all the wiring connection points

Before youn take the bumper off, ignition on, put into reverse (not running obvs) and stick your ear on each sensor and listen for a clicking - this indicates the sensor is working. If its not, its duff.....

Tried this earlier. One not clicking. Reached up under bumper, quick wiggle of wires, nothing. Found sensor,pulled off connection and refitted. All hunky dory now.... happy person.
