Putting roof up and window query....

When i put the roof up and hold the button for a while after it shuts the drivers window goes up completely but the passenger window only goes up 2 thirds of the way and you have to manually close it up after that. Is this normal or a setting i can change at all ?
 
I get it being a pain on a hot day
As rubbers swell and it engages the anti pinch
So send the windows back down again hahah
Annoying when I use gaptech to close car and roof
