Putting car back to standard suspension

Hi guys, bit of an odd one.

The car I have has a set of Stance coilovers. They are utterly garbage and I want my car to drive somewhat nicely.

Is there a link or something to all the standard bits? - I have exactly 0 original parts. Looking at the diagrams I need pretty much everything in the picture i have attached.

Cheers!

I did a similar job recently. Took out the rock hard M-Sport suspension and fitted standard suspension.

Found a Z4 at the wreckers and purchased the front and back suspension. Got everything I needed. Far cheaper than buying everything new.

Given how much the OE damper performance falls off with use, I'm not sure I'd refit used 20 year-old dampers. Or mounts or pads. Or any nuts and bolts on suspension parts. Springs would be normally be OK, although if rusting I'd change those too. The metal upper spring plate (no 7 on the diagram) would be fine to reuse though.

You're either paying labour or sacrificing a day of your weekend to fit, and ideally you'll be having a fresh alignment after, so I've always taken the view it's better to bite the bullet and do it once with new parts than to go all that expense or effort to fit worn parts that'll want replacing again sooner.

The rear shocks on my car were shot at 100k miles and they had been changed at least once before so my opinion is that struts and shocks last a max of 50k and you'd probably want to be changing them at 40k really.
Msport suspension shouldn't be rock hard (mine certainly isn't) but if its knackered then it'll feel hard and crashy. Even my Mrs noticed the difference when I changed it all.
