Pure Carnauba or Polymer blend?

I'm now at the final step of polishing on my Titanium Silver. Paint has gone thru the prep. steps...Blackfire clay bar, gloss enhancing polish/glaze and finally, Wet Diamond paint protection. My final will be to apply two coats of carnauba but...should I go for a pure wax or a polymer blend?

I've experienced pure liquid carnauba before on other cars and the wet look was outstanding, but I needed to repeat the application often. Are synthetic blend carnaubas from companies such as P21S, Blackfire or other premium brands longer lasting than the pure ones...with a shine and relative depth that's as good on Silver color?

Anyone experienced the same situation and can comment?

I wash it two to four times per month at the most. Full detailing every Spring, hand applied wax for gloss enhancement once a month. It's a week night/week-end driver only. Stays in if it rains, stored in winter (been like that since new) California duster after every ride.

Well, to me you fall into either camp. For durability sake you can't beat the synthetics, Zaino being one of them and one that I am most familiar with. So let's see you have a silver car, which makes it easier than darker colors. I would seriously go with a synthetic, Zaino, Klasse, Blackfire come to mind in no particular order. It will protect your finish in all seasons and give your car a stunning shine.

On a silver car, I'd go for durability anyway, as it's hard work getting the wet look you get with darker colors. I used Collinite to get through the winter, it's known for being long-lasting. Now that it's warm again, I use Zymol Carbon but it wears off in a couple of weeks. Waxing often isn't too big a hassle since the Z4s are so small, though.

You'll not get pure carnauba but a percentage. I use Dodo Purple Haze on our black cars but would be interested on how people get on with the right dodo for silver as i dont feel Collinite is easy to apply or buff off.

All my work is by hand and good prep

I just did my Z4 with (clay~compound~polish~fine polish~glaze~wax) Wolfgang Fuzion. I really liked Zaino, but this Fuzion is the best product I've ever used on a black car. Google and check it out.
