I need to replace both wishbone on my E86 3.0si Sport

Can anyone recommend anywhere to buy them from?

Genuine arms are a fortune so looking for a pair of good quality arms.

Ive searched Ebay but I dont know what quality they are & defiantly dont want something thats going fail on me

You have some from there before? I dont want some cheap copy arms on the car and i doubt they will be branded from there

ECP stock cheap budget ones and Lemforder. The ones I linked to on the other thread, Meyle HD are regarded as better and carry a 4yr warranty, as I put in the other thread.

I'm looking to replace wishbones, bushes, drop links and will be using the Meyle HD parts after looking around, they come up as very good quality.

Having Mayle HD front lower control arms and bushes fitted today.

Hopefully I'll be posting later how they feel although I'm told they will feel much firmer....

I got them from "THE NO1 CAR PARTS CENTRE" on Ebay. No complaints.

My garage hadn't got it done yesterday but say it should be ready for collection today....

They won't have time to paint the calipers :(

Useful stuff guys as a front end rebuild is in my to do list now my Jag is finished.
Think I'll do drop links and ARB bushes at the same time. Any suggested vendors for those?

I presume you plan on full alignment once fitted.

Yep, they're doing alignment after. I checked they have Hunter kit.

Control arms and bushes where £194.95 from the above vendor...

Meyle make the droplinks too, with 4yr warranty:

As for ARB bushes, I think OEM is fine, but may get a discount if buying it all together, so Meyle do them too: (I assume theseare front ARB bushes)

There are a few stockers for the brand, I'm not a big fan of ebay shops, but will see if they can do all the parts for a decent price.

I too have this on the to-do list, as I'm sure I hear a slight knock from the front. (I already know one wishbone needs doing)

Got the car back with the Meyle control arms and bushes.

Since they're solid bushes rather than oil filled I was expecting the ride or steering to feel firmer somehow. Nothing of the sort.

Car feels much better now, the steering no longer drifting side to side on bumpy roads but I've never driven a mint Z so have nothing to compare it to.

I message some seller called jonny boy asking about the bush diamter just to make sure i get the right on but he never replied. I want to make sure i get the right kit with the correct sized rear bushes

Cheers
