Pulling to the left?

Hi - I have read the other posts about pulling to the left however there didn't seem to be a definitive answer (suppose there can't be as there could be several posibilities) however I would like to ask if anyone can advise me what my particular issue maybe caused by.

My Z pulls to the left even though I have replaced the entire set of wheels and tyres (17"'s replaced with 18"'s). On looking at the 17"'s I noticed that one of them was uneven (getting bald on the inside) but not sure what wheel this came from - I do know that it was a front one though.

Any suggestions as to what I should get done first/look at first?

You don't say if it is on driving or under braking. I'd def go with gannets suggestion as a first port of call. If it's under braking you then need to start looking at calipers pads, shock absorbers and even down to wheel bearings.

I, sorry its when just driving. There was something else I noticed too, the steering wheel doesn't quite sit straight i.e. like its been taken off at one stage and not replaced properly.
 
Assuming you don't have something stupid like mismatched tyres, wrong pressueres, etc the go with gannet's suggestion. Get a decent shop to fully set up the tracking and alignment and have them do a check for anything bent or loose

Steering wheel will generally be centred by adjusting the steering, not removing and fitting the wheel unless someone in the past has messed things up badly

i normally check on the following:

1. check and correct all tire pressures (cold)
2. 4 wheel alignment
3. suspension/brake check

a pot hole could easily misalign your vehicle's alignment.
