Pull my knob off at the weekend

Pull my knob off at the weekend (gear knob) and replace it with a weighted short shift one what a difference it has made.
changing gear is a joy now.
Recommended mod :) :driving:
 
OK, OK...jokes asides, I've also been considering the shorter shifter knob version. Does anyone else share this positive comment about the mod?
 
Best mod I have done bar none. I wholeheartedly recommend this change, and I don't think anyone would be disappointed with it.
 
By swapping out shift knobs you can go weighted and/or shorter. I went weighted and shorter and find it much better then the oem setup.
 
And remember the good advice from Rick Hunter "and be careful not to aim towards your mouth / eyes. It took me ~3-4 good tries to finally yank the sucker off (no injury either!)" :thumbsup:
 
OK, don't take this the wrong way guys; I'm happily married you know :? , but it would be good to see exactly what your talking about.

Can those that have had the enhancement show us some pictures of your new improved nobs :wink: :oops:
 
My knob has seen a fair bit of action! So I have ordered a smaller heavier one!
Don't tell the wife, it will be a surprise the first time she puts her hand on it! :roll:
