Hi all,

I'm a recent newbie. Here's my Z4M coupe purchased this month. It's a 57 plate with black Nappa interior and sapphire black exterior with the following options:
- Sat Nav / TV / Bluetooth / 6CD changer
- Cruise control
- Heated folding door mirrors
- PDC sensors
- Heated seats

Planning to get some CSL wheels to complete the look (probably replicas), potentially with spacers.

Got a few things to sort:
- a few small scrapes on the paintwork (bumpers) - I want it immaculate
- get small dent in drivers door knocked out
- repair glovebox (plastic on one side of hinge has broken)
- release 6CD changer which is currently stuck

Got inspection 2 due in 2k, so looking into good indies in the area (Woking). Have seen good reviews on here of TWG Automotive in Camberley.

Extremely pleased with the car. Puts such a smile on my face! Advice and opinions welcome. I'm already finding the forum very interesting and useful. Had to hunt out my Bluetooth code as it wasn't provided.

"Which side of the glove box is broken?"

The right hand side. See the badly drawn arrow on the picture:

Means I have to lift the bottom of the glove box up too, to get it closed.

Btw, makes me all nostalgic seeing the aerial whip on your car, haven't seen one of those in a log while :)
 
As a newish owner I still feel what you getting every morning when I get in a pull away. It's an awesome car and has enough foibles to make it a charecter in the right way.

The whippy ariel is the only way! Stubbys are sooooo common :wink:

Glovebox looks like it missing some screws, hopefully it's a simple as that.

And being pedantic as I am, it's Black Sapphire, not the other way round.
