how did you separate the wheels? as i was it an easy job or did you do anything to them to make it easier? i keep an eye out for some knackers 108 to have a go at but im a little skeptical about getting the bolts out as it seems like every place i go to to for refurb questions just say they are very difficult so double the price.

cracking colour still... its going to look damn good when done.

are you considering doing any of that 3m protective film stuff for the bumper while its off the car?

Iv done a few sets before of various different splits and if im honest they are all a pain to do i dont mind refurbishing splits but i do have to charge good money as they can be a pain,best advice i can give is if you are removing bolts then soak them in penetrating fluid and take your time this still doesn't guarantee it wont go tits up though :D

with regards to the film i probably wont both as i have the option to respray the bumper when ever is needed anyway?
 
Update, I'm not really looking to spend loads of money on later lights and to be honest i quite like the orange against the violet so i have refurbished the original headlamps,forgot to get pics of how bad they were before i'm afraid but im sure your all aware of how bad they can get and mine were bad, so here are the refreshed lights......
